3M ™ P3 R Particulate Filter, 6038
3M ™ 6038 Particulate Filters connect to any 3M ™ reusable half mask or full face mask using a bayonet connector. Our P3 R class particulate filters feature a larger surface area than many standard filters and offer lightweight, balanced respiratory protection for hazardous environments.
For P3 R respiratory protection from solid and liquid particles, as well as hydrogen fluoride gas up to 30 ppm (or 10 times the OEL), use 3M ™ 6038 Particulate Filters.
They also provide extra protection from organic vapors and nasty acid gases below the OEL limit, encapsulated in a plastic case for tough applications. Our particle filters offer a larger surface area than many standard filters.
Surface area is 1.8 times larger than 3M ™ 2000 Series Particulate Filters, for potentially longer service life for some applications. They offer low breathing resistance and good balance when applied to the mask and are designed to optimize the field of vision.
They can be applied quickly and easily and are suitable for all 3M ™ reusable masks equipped with a bayonet connector. The hard case protects against sparks and high heat and is ideal for harsh environments that require simple decontamination and protection procedures.
