Through thirty years of experience gained as manufacturers and suppliers of many of the most prestigious fire brigades and thanks to the suggestions received from those who use our products on a daily basis, we have developed and manufactured the new helmet for firefighters VFR-EVO certified according to the standard European EN443: 2008.

In technical rescue where, during long rescue operations, potential risks such as unstable terrain, environmental and structural risks, fires and other prolonged efforts may be encountered. In outdoor fires in the presence of extreme temperatures of radiant heat phenomena and potentially explosive or caustic materials.
The new VFR EVO helmet is among the lightest and safest in the type B category (full protection). Its innovative shell made of thermoplastic / composite material, combined with the revolutionary PUR / Kevlar co-molded internal padding with a honeycomb sandwich structure, reliably protects from thermal and mechanical effects and the plastic material reinforced with glass and aramid fibers allows it to resist extreme temperatures blocking the effect of flames and radiant heat during a flash-over phenomenon.
Its ergonomic design and the multiple adjustment points allow to obtain an optimal balance by distributing the weight evenly on the head without straining the muscles of the neck and shoulders. Inside, the mesh suspension system allows the weight to be distributed evenly on the garment, eliminating the pressure points that can, after prolonged use, cause discomfort to the user, also ensuring excellent ventilation and an optimal microclimate.
360 ° protection
The four-point size adjustment system (Cross-Ratachet), using the easily accessible and maneuverable adjustment wheel, allows the helmet to easily and safely adapt to any head morphology.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Thanks to the reduction and optimization of the assembled components, the VFR-EVO helmet requires easy maintenance that can be carried out in a simple and practical way. It is possible to completely disassemble and reassemble the helmet with a few maneuvers. The individual components are easily replaceable using the standard tools included in the packaging. All components can be washed and disinfected with common detergents manually or by mechanical / industrial washing. Our internal laboratory, equipped with the most modern machinery, using the best technologies, is able to carry out all the tests necessary to verify that each VFR-EVO helmet produced can meet the high quality standards required and comply with European regulations. Maintenance kits are available for: • cleaning and disinfecting the helmet • repairing any scratches on the shell • cleaning the visors • restoring the anti-fog treatment Maintenance manuals and detailed lists of spare parts are available on request.
Lamp holder
A wide range of optional accessories completes the VFR-EVO helmet.
All the most important lamps for firefighters can be used with the helmet by means of special adapters on both sides of the shell and inclined up to 37 ° in order to perfectly and widely illuminate the work area. Inside the helmet it is possible to insert communication systems compatible with the main radio equipment on the market, ensuring reliable transmission even in the presence of high noise
Screen Configuration
The face and eye shields certified according to EN 14458 and EN 166 are of the best optical quality (Optical Class 1) withstand high temperatures and safely protect the eyes and face from high heat, electricity and particles and chemicals liquid. The two external levers allow you to easily maneuver the eye shield while wearing intervention gloves, preventing them from having contact with the visor, face and eyes of the operator.
